Membership Terms and Obligations
The membership term shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date first referenced above. The Member agrees to abide by the League’s bylaws (Click Here to view Bylaws). The Member agrees to actively participate in League activities and contribute to the goals and objectives of the League. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of membership. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement is non-transferable.
